Day 1: Arrival in Xi’an, First Glimpse of the Ancient Capital
Private transfer to your hotel. Free time to begin your exploration. We provide a detailed Guide to Free Time: you may visit the Shaanxi History Museum for a preview of Chinese civilization, or dive into the night markets of Yongxingfang and Jiandong Street to awaken your palate.
Day 2: Xi’an - Yellow Emperor Mausoleum - Hukou Waterfall
Head north to the Yan’an region. In the morning, pay homage at the Yellow Emperor Mausoleum and Xuanyuan Temple, seeking the spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation among ancient cypresses. In the afternoon, arrive at the Hukou Waterfall of the Yellow River, witnessing the spectacular wonder of the Yellow River pouring from the sky. Specially enjoy the live-action performance Yellow River Cantata, feeling the majestic spirit of the national resistance war against the backdrop of the waterfall’s roar. Overnight near Hukou.

Day 3: Hukou - Nanniwan - Yan’an - Xi’an
Visit Nanniwan in the morning to learn about the epic of “self-reliance.” Then delve into Yan’an, visiting revolutionary sites like Wangjiaping/Yangjialing and Zaoyuan, touching the red pulse of modern Chinese history. Day 5: Xi’an - Terracotta Army - Huaqing Palace - Mount Hua/Xi’an
Head east to Lintong for a glorious “Dialogue between Qin and Tang.” Visit the royal hot spring palace Huaqing Palace in the morning, listening to the love story of Song of Everlasting Sorrow and the historical echoes of the “Xi’an Incident.” Enjoy a特色 “Qin-Tang Banquet” for lunch. Day 6: Mount Hua - Xi’an

Day 7: Xi’an - Da Ci’en Temple - Muslim Quarter - Departure
